It is possible for people to have anxiety and depression. While these may sound like opposite problems, they often
go hand in hand. Anxiety depression symptoms encompass both depression symptoms and anxiety symptoms. Together they

depressed people feel is not the normal “blues.” It is persistent and the person cannot shake it on their own. The

find support groups and forums via the Internet. Many people find that connecting with others who are experiencing
the same kind of issues can go far in the healing process.
